COVID-19 POLICY
Clients are asked to complete a COVID-19 Questionnaire at scheduling.
Upon arrival, temperature will be taken, hands sanitized and
COVID-19 Questionnaire confirmed.
If a client is found to have any symptoms or been exposed, they will be asked to reschedule appointment. This includes any symptoms of cold, flu or COVID-19.
All clients and staff MUST wear facemasks. Clients may remove facemask ONLY if and when receiving a service to their face. Our team exercises the strictest safety precautions and sanitation prior to, during and after each visit.
