All units are customized and are not eligible for refund. Medical insurance reimbursement may be available based on individual managed care plan. Your experience is guided by a Certified Hair Loss Professional and Cranial Prosthesis Specialist who will help you explore natural-looking medical wigs and cranial prostheses based on your hair loss, lifestyle, desired look, texture, color, fit and budget. Because every crown is different, a consultation is required before purchasing a customized unit. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, take appropriate measurements and determine the specifications for your unit. Medical wigs and cranial prostheses are individually selected or custom ordered, with processing times generally ranging from 3–12 weeks, depending on customization and availability. Once your unit arrives, we’ll help ensure a comfortable, natural-looking fit and provide guidance for wearing and maintaining your new crown with confidence. To protect your investment and maintain its appearance and longevity, professional wig care is recommended every 6–8 weeks and cranial prosthesis care every 4-6 weeks. Private. Personalized.
